dead

i have looked out at my garden and well it is dead. by this i mean my garden has become very very brown. this technicaly happend about mid summer but i havent cared to report anything. basicly i neglected the garden then there was a drought and now it is all dead. however i did get some tomatos and i have learned a bit about gardening. so hell i might do better next year. ohh well i will update eventualy.

uhhhhh

it seems i forgot to update this while doing the gardening part of the job... well with that admited lets look forward.. a few weeks ago i got some of my first strawberries and i will have alot more of every thing soon... some how over 90% of my vegtables grew while only 2% of my flowers even germenated... so i had to do some major work and i think its good enough to produce possible vegetables.. i will post images of the progress and then some in a few days (hopefully)

starting the garden

in this project i will be developing two gardens one that was basicly started already all i did was improve it and plant the seeds that i wished two have grow. the other is a pit of clay that i will be turning into a raised bed. this will both be an experiment that will determine what methods work best and a way to have first hand experince translated directly into this blog. so lets have some fun and any advice on me project will be very welcome. i will work on this second bed every day and post pics and such on the topic as i progress.
